    • emergency (4hrs)

    • urgent (24hrs)

    • standard (10 working days)

    • non urgent (20 working days)

    • agreed date (by agreement)

 

There are a few ways you can help us to complete your maintenance quickly:

   • Give as much information about the nature and extent of the issue 

   • Tell us if it has led to other damage in your home

   • Let us know when you are normally at home so a contractor can gain access

   • Leave a telephone number so that we can contact you

   • Let us know if your access details change
